Bigadiç Granular Fertilizer Production Plant

Project description

Nartsan provided application and detail engineering services for the Granular Fertilizer Production Plant built at Eti Maden's Bigadiç Boron Facility. The engineering for the crushing-screening, ABCOL and granulation units, with a total production capacity of 35,000 tonnes per year, was completed and delivered to Eti Maden. The plant has been in operation since 2024.

Scope of work

1. Preparation of layout drawings
2. Preparation of process flow diagrams (PFD)
3. Preparation of piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID) for compressed air lines
4. Design of dedusting systems (jet-pulse filter manufacturing drawings, P&IDs, piping drawings)
5. Design of dilute-phase pneumatic conveying systems (with blowers)
6. Design of powder and granule transfer lines
7. Preparation of piping detail and application drawings for compressed air and slurry lines
