Çayırhan Power Plant Ash & Slag Conveyor Line

Project description

Nartsan provided application and detail engineering services for the rehabilitation of the ash and slag conveyor line at Elektrik Üretim A.Ş.'s Çayırhan Thermal Power Plant. The engineering required to raise the discharge point of two 1,000 t/h belt conveyors from the +585 m level to +610 m was completed and delivered to Elektrik Üretim A.Ş.

Scope of work

1. Preparation of layout drawings
2. Preparation of piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID) for wastewater and sludge lines
3. Manufacturing drawings for two new belt conveyors, approximately 210 m long each
4. Manufacturing drawings for the drive revision of two existing belt conveyors, approximately 900 m long each
5. Manufacturing drawings for chutes and bifurcated (trouser) flap gates at the ash/slag discharge points
6. Manufacturing drawings for a new spillway system approximately 70 m long
7. Pump station design and piping detail and application drawings for wastewater and sludge lines
