1. Data controller

2. Personal data we process

• Identity and contact details: full name, email address, phone number, company name
• Request details: the subject and content of messages you send by email or phone
• CV details: the CV and attachments you send with a job application
• Security data: access logs kept by the web server (IP address, date/time, page visited)

3. Purposes

• Assessing and responding to quote, information and partnership requests
• Receiving training and webinar applications and sending joining details
• Assessing job applications and contacting you about suitable positions
• Keeping the website secure and preventing misuse

4. Legal basis

Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the grounds that it is directly related to entering into or performing a contract, is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, and is required to comply with legal obligations.

5. How we collect data

Personal data is collected electronically when you provide it directly by email or phone, and through server access logs when you visit our website. Our website does not have a contact form.

6. Transfers

Your emails and website access logs are stored on the servers of the provider that hosts our website and email service (Namecheap). As these servers are located outside Türkiye, your data is transferred abroad in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.

Your personal data is not shared with third parties for any other purpose, except with authorised public bodies where required by law.

7. Retention

Personal data is kept for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the limitation periods set by law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Cookies

Our website does not use cookies.

8.1 Map

The map on our contact page is loaded from OpenStreetMap only when you click “Show map”. In that case your IP address is sent to the servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation (United Kingdom) to display the map. No data is sent to any third party unless you click the button.

9. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to us to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
• Know the third parties to whom data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request deletion or destruction of data under the conditions of Article 7
• Request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to third parties
• Object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis
• Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing

10. How to apply

You can submit requests regarding your rights, together with information that identifies you, by emailing info@nartsan.com or writing to 5060. Cad. Hill Su Villaları 1/3, Alacaatlı, Çankaya / Ankara. Requests are resolved free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
