PROJECT DESCRIPTION

• Our company has provided concept and detailed engineering design services and approximate cost analysis of Boric Acid Production Plant for Eti Maden Enterprises, Emet Boron Facility.
• Storage units, feeding systems, reaction and filtration units, which are capable of providing 200,000 tons/year strong boric acid solution to the existing crystallization plants, are designed within the scope of the project.
• Commisioning date of the plant is predicted to be in 2023.

CUSTOMER NEEDS WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE PROJECT

Our scope of work for Emet Boric Acid Production Plant was as follows:

• Preparation of layout drawings,
• Preparation of piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID),
• Preparation of manufacturing drawings,
• Preparation of detail and application projects for piping,
• Approximate cost analysis,
• Preparation of technical specifications.
