PROJECT DESCRIPTION

• Concept, application and detailed engineering projects of Borax Pentahydrate Drying Plant were prepared for Eti Maden Enterprises, Kırka Boron Facility.
• Within the scope of borax pentahydrate drying plant project, a vibratory fluidized bed dryer, a steam operated heat exchanger, dust cyclones, a jet-pulse filter, equipment connections, etc.. were designed and consultancy services for the manufacturing and commisioning of the plant were offered.  
• The plant was commisioned in 2016.

CUSTOMER NEEDS WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE PROJECT

Our scope of work for the project was as follows:

• Preparation of layout drawings,
• Preparation of flow diagrams,
• Preparation of manufacturing drawings,
• Preparation of detail and application engineering drawings,
• Control system design (Siemens),
• Consultancy services during manufacturing,
• Commisioning.
